Joincasa is a real estate agency born with an innovative project that aims at building a network thanks to the recommendations of private individuals and the collaboration of fellow agents.
Joincasa is the first real estate Agency Platform that allows you to act remotely and make money from referrals.
Born as an innovative start-up, today Joincasa is an innovative SME.
We have introduced the new Role of the Starter: they are members of the
platform that become "signalers" when they introduce us to a person offering a
property for sale or to rent, speeding up the match between supply and demand. Starter referrals produce Credits that can be accumulated when the deal closes and are convertible to cash when predetermined thresholds are exceeded (min. 500credits = 500euros). A big step forward for our Industry.
Our headquarters are located in Milan, in via Cirillo 14/a (very close to the beautiful "Arco della Pace"). Set an appointment and visit us in Milan or remotely. It's easy.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Milan. La Sapienza of Rome, two masters and a great passion for digital. After several years of experience in the industry
Marketing and CRM of Telco and Media companies, and in that of real estate brokerage, he decided to found Joincasa to create a new model of digital real estate agency.

Multimedia communication expert
Web&Grafic designer and expert in digital sales techniques in the real estate field. Thanks to his consolidated experience in digital communication, he specializes in the creation of interactive 3D virtual tours and in 2018 he founded Jetmaps. In the same year he joined Joincasa as a co-founder and developed the graphic layout of the platform. Today she supports us in communication and marketing for Joincasa.
